About

Tony is more than your average DJ. He is a trained and experienced performer with a small obsession with music. Tony has trained with Chicago's Second City, Annoyance Theater, and Laugh Out Loud. He regularly performs in the city and suburbs in various comedy shows. He has a degree in music business and a minor in theater. Tony has studied dance with Jeff Award winning choreographers and has even announced for minor league baseball teams.

I love getting to celebrate with people on their special day. Weddings and mitzvahs are fun because people come there to enjoy themselves. I don't have to convince them to be happy. They're already willing participants in the fun. I feel like the only real work at these events are setting up and taking down the equipment. The rest of the time I just get to have fun with good people.

Tony – Just wanted to say thank you so much for the great job you did at our daughter’s wedding. You knocked it out of the park! Everyone, both the young and the old, loved your approach to managing the music and the evening. The song selections, the volume, keeping the flow, helping everyone know where they were supposed to be and what was coming up next, being flexible, taking requests, the “sing-along selections”, the audience participation, etc, :). Superb! Great job! Thanks again.

Tony was great. Walked us through the planning process. Brought his own equipment, and helped us with a plan to keep the grandparents happy with the music selections earlier in the evening. Really made our wedding reception memorable.

    Frequently asked questions

Every new customer interaction starts with information gathering. I learn about your crowd, the needs for your event, the timing, and how you operate as an organizer. From there we come up with a plan and a quote. Once you've made your decision I can draw up a co tract and we move forward from there.

I have a degree in Music Business with a minor in Theater. I've trained in audio visual technology with some of the biggest event A/V event companies in the US. As a performer I trained with chicago's famed Second City and Annoyance theaters. I've performed for audiences of all ages in 5 countries on 3 different continents.

I price events hourly depending on your needs. I can work within a budget. You never pay for set up or break down. I only charge for the times I'm set up in front of your crowd.

My dad was in a popular local band and occasionally groups would call him but not be able to afford the full band price. He would offer to bring his sound equipment out and play music for them. I would help. It started with sock hops and I just kept going from there.

I've worked with health and wellness summits, municipal functions, elementary school districts, colleges, fraternities, sororities, weddings, minor league baseball teams, major hotel chains, and even the girl scouts.

Working with the baseball team was fun because I got to dress up for theme nights and really interact with a stadium full of people.

Every event is unique and memorable in its own way.

Know what kind of personality you're looking for and talk with potential pros to get to know them. Not every DJ is a good fit for every event and that's ok.

What level of interaction do you want your DJ to have with your crowd? Is it just background music? Do they need to make announcements? Do you need lighting?
