Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather information about the venue, audience and purpose for the event. Once we have that information, we can offer a quote for our performance fee, which will include a travel allowance if it's very far. We offer a performance that includes emcee between songs, so we enjoy learning more about our audience and event purpose prior to the engagement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of us have a long history with the barbershop genre, and have received awards through the Sweet Adelines Int'l organization.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No. We do note that a transportation fee may be necessary for performances that are more than 30 miles away.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We sing for large and small groups alike: church functions, large conference events, special occasions such as anniversaries and birthdays, patriotic events, school education seminars on music, and stage shows.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have you offered enough lead time with your request? Entertainers have busy schedules, and
