Redds hair washing is TOP NOTCH! She takes her time and explains why she is doing each step while educating her clients about the wonderful products offered in the shop. When she is done she asks if you are satisfied and appreciates honest feedback. She is professional in the sense that she is focused on THE CLIENT. The silk press is wonderful and lasts a long time. :)
