Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I performed @ 355 Congress Portland ME . Penthouse level where the new owners of the building threw a giant party and there son proposed to his girlfriend. While she was crying and catching her breath , her now fiancé started to put the ring on her finger, at that moment a seagull swooped down and ate her ring and flew off. Her fiancé said don't worry love ,your life will be full of diamonds.

Make sure they are responsive and not outsourcing the day to someone else.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If you don't have a coordinator, don't over task your DJ. It can lead to gaps in the performance.
