I am the areas only certified florist. We are friendly and although we are not the cheapest florist around we do quote very fair prices for what we do deliver. We have great service, sales team and design team for the customer's satisfaction from the start.
I love the creativity involved in floral design. I also love when I get to make something special for a sender and make the recipients day!! I love when everyone appreciates that we made something special for them!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer wanting to send a bouquet is wecomed by phone, in person or on the web. We have a different process for all 3 types of first time customers. If in person, we welcome you to veiw our selection of flowers and arrangements in our cooler, If by phone, we do our best to listen to what the occasion is, what you like and make appropriate suggestions for what you should be sending, We also aim to describe what you will be sending so you are assured you are making a great decision, Website orders are placed online and if they comethrough and we have to make any changes, we will call you to confirm that these changes are ok with you, customer satisfaction is our very first priority.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lori takes classes in floral design as much as se possible can. She also familiarizes herself with all the newest trends and latest products. She gets all the newest products available to try and play with so she knows how to use them for her customers.

Yes, it differs for each type of service, weddings are priced differently than eveyday work because of thier intensity and attention to details. We do price our products very fair and give the best value while also giving the best product money can and will buy!!
How did you get started in this business?
Lori stated at her Aunt's shop and 14 and never left the industry, she has changed and morphed her abilities, gone to college for floriculture and kept pace with all the current trends. She has as much knowledge of the indstry of flowers and plants as she can possibly have..

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I created flowers for a bride at Searls castle. It was a Vintage Chic style with 3 different centerpieces for tables..It was a challenge to get all of the styles to go together, yet be very different..I loves all the textures we used for a very blush and white colored wedding.
What advice would you give a customers looking to hire a vendor in your area of expertise?
I would say that the most important aspect is that you feel comfortable that the vendr is confident and you are confident in their abilities and that the vendor knows what you, the customer, wants. That the vendor has listened to your ideas and is going to interperate what you want with success..
What questions should customers think through before talking to vendors about their needs?
What kind of styles and flowers they like and do not like..A color scheme and how they would like to unify and theme to have carried out within their flowers.
