What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Customers contact us via a web form on the appropiate event web page, or by phone.
2. Detailed information about how we can help make their event amazing, including rates are sent to the customer.
3. Customer contacts us to book the date for their event.
4. Customer is emailed a letter of agreement that can simply be esigned.
5. Am online deposit is required with balance due on the date, or via online.
6. An email reminder confirmation confirming the booking is sent out 5-7 days before the date.
7. On the event date, we rock the house and put on an amazing show that kids, (and adults) will love!
Much of our stress-free booking systemt is automated, which makes it so much easier for busy parents.
