Classical Close-up Conjuring
Michael's classical, close-up miracles leave his audience breathless because the astounding magic happens within inches of where they are - often right in their own hands!
You and your guests will laugh your way through an amazing evening of minor miracles that won't soon be forgotten.
I love to share Magic with my audience. It's a unique way to find connection with people of all ages and stations in life. There is no better feeling than hearing that "no way!" gasp of amazement or the laughter from an audience member's reaction. I've been at it from an early age and I've never tired of it.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to offer clients options to suit the event they're producing; from "walk-around" to a customized close-up show.
From the outset, getting an understanding about what my customer is trying to achieve, special details about a guest of honor, or a business/organization is really important in crafting an experience that will connect and be remembered as not just a typical magic show.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been performing magic now for most of my life, having started at about age 13 performing for children mainly, but also concentrating on developing my close-up performance under the watchful eyes of mentors in the International Brotherhood of Magicians here in Boston. One of our first teachers was the late Max Maven who was one of the most influential magicians of the last several decades. I spent a considerable amount of time in college performing close-up magic every week at a local supper club in upstate New York where once again I had the good fortune to be mentored by working pros. We traveled to venues like the famous Forks Hotel and magic bars in New York City to hone our craft further.
More recently I've trained under the guidance of several A-list magicians including Aaron Fisher, and Johnathan Levit on this never-ending and exciting journey.
I've also been a regular at the Boston Magic Lab - Boston's first and only open mike magic show produced by Felice Ling.
How did you get started in this business?
I was saw a performance by master magician Tony Slydini which was the most amazing magic I'd ever seen. Once I'd seen this I had to find out how I could achieve the same miracles.
a year or so later I was producing family children's shows almost every week!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Every type of client from individuals to corporate.
