We focus on family events, most notably weddings, and also birthdays, dances, parties, and reunions. We have the experience to turn your event into the dream night that you imagined. In addition to disc jockey service, we also feature uplighting and a photo booth. Free with our service is a cornhole game and wedding advice cards. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thank you for your interest in Occasions. As a small company that travels to your event, we need to know the date of your function and the location to give you a price quote. Our web site has all the details about what we offer and an option to get a personalized price quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a wedding DJ for over 25 years and since 2000 it's been my full-time job.

Price can vary widely based on the day of the week, time of year, and location. We offer discounts on non-Saturday weddings and weddings during the off-season. The distance and factors in setting up at your location will also affect the price.
How did you get started in this business?
I chose the college I attended because it had a radio station. I started Occasions shortly after graduating and knew immediately that weddings were what I wanted to focus on.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We've had customers as diverse as the entire globe. We work with all couples individually and let their wedding reflect their vision.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Price is only one factor in deciding on a wedding pro. Anyone can offer a low price without providing the services you want or need. We invite you to compare what we offer and see if it is a good match for your vision.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
DJ's, like most professions, have specialties. There are club DJs, radio DJs, party DJs, and wedding DJ's to name a few. We specialize in weddings and have for over 25 years. It isn't something that a cousin with an iPod can pull off well one night.
