What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A thorough consultation must come first. During this time I conduct a hair analysis , learn the guest wants needs and expectations. I explain whatever process we will be doing how long it will take and an exact price quote. We discuss home haircare options and routines to have longevity in the style or cut. My goal is always to retain my guests so I rebook the next visit to ensure them they have a slot.

Generally yes. Haircuts, waxing services , blow dry and styling and chemical services such as perms color and relaxers have set prices that can go up depending on length. Other services such as wigs, weaves, extensions finger waves or any other specialty service is subject to change.
How did you get started in this business?
I was always a tender headed child and my mother was pretty heavy handed. When I was 12 she made a deal with me that if I could do my own hair decent she wouldn't do it. My first attempt to do my hair came naturally and it passed her inspection. I vowed from then to help all the kids who parents weren't gentle on their heads. I started doing hair all the time.
