About
I have been a hairstylist for 14 years, I am also a certified colorist and have a background in cosmetology education. I love what I do behind the chair for my service guests. It is never work for me, since it’s a form of expression thru art and vision. As mentioned previously, I am a certified colorist. Therefore I specialize in color related services and curly hair cuts. I offer a variety of services and am very comfortable working with all hair textures. As an educator, I take pride in my work and staying up to date in the latest trends. Which is why I am constantly taking advantage of ongoing classes on a monthly basis in order to continue offering my service guests the personalized experience they deserve.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I must always conduct a thorough consultation with new customers. Weather it's through FaceTime if they can't come into the shop. However a face to face is always preferable. I want to make sure that a customer knows and feels they are being heard on what they want and their preference. I ask a million questions in order to get a better understanding and avoid any unwanted discoveries. My ultimate goal is to make sure that a customer feels absolutely comfortable with me and the service I am providing her with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an alumni of Paul Mitchell Schools, graduated in 2009. I loved the school so much that I went back to teach in the field and help build the next future professionals of our industry. I am currently a Paul Mitchell certified hair cutting specialist, colorist and also received my texture certification. I am constantly looking to better my craft, therefore I take several classes a year in order to do that.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do have a standard pricing for my services. However, if a service guest has more to work with than the average guest or more product is needed than what the standard pricing will cover, I will let them know in advance.
How did you get started in this business?
I've always been fascinated by the beauty industry since I was a little girl. I performed my first haircut on my babysitters friend at age 5 and on myself at age 7. Little did I know many years later I would go to school and fall in love with industry even more. I decided to own my business in 2013 after being in a salon for 4 years. I've never looked back and look forward to keep growing in the industry and my business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with an array of customers. From super straight to extra curly and/or coarse hair.
The service guests I've worked with have been color guests, natural hair guests, wedding parties, extension requests and finally your regular cut and style guests. I also perform personalized blow outs per request.
