The Flower Alley is located in Novi, MI - less than 1 mile from Twelve Oaks Mall & The Suburban Showplace. We are a family-owned & operated small boutique flower shop. Even though we are small we have been voted the #1 Florist in Novi & Northville since 2007! Because we are a family owned shop, it gives us the flexibility to only accept a certain number of wedding & events per scheduled day. This ensures your event is special, and not a duplicate of another function that's being designed the same day or weekend. Our Flowers are FRESH, ordered daily to ensure quality and of course, longevity of each individual flower.
All of our event work is per event basis, we do not have a package quote because we know each couple has individual wedding needs. This gives us the flexibility to work within any type of budget (usually were able to save you more money than you were expecting to!)
Our events range from small backyard affairs, to Artsy dinner parties at the Whitney Detroit, Elegant receptions at the Inn at St. Johns, 1500 Attendee Banquet at Suburban Showplace to over the top Galas at the Detroit institute of Arts. From Whimsical, to Traditional & Classical, to Rustic, Contemporary or Chic... we are able to design any feel or style that you are looking for!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because we are a local, small business - we love to get to know exactly what our customer is looking for their event, along with getting to know a little of their personality/personal style.
Our process is very simple. Order Event Arrangements via email, over phone, or we'd be happy to meet with you in store for a personal appointments.
Weddings - We like to be more personalized, and love to meet our Brides + Family in personal. Our in store consultations last anywhere from 20 minutes to one hour depending on floral needs for your big day. We establish a budget on the spot, so we can price acordingly. Our quotes go out to you within 72hrs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-30 Years in the business as Flower Shop owners in Novi as well as in Ontario Canada.

No Standard Pricing. We do not have pre-set quotes because every event is different and we like to treat all of our customers as individuals: instead of pre-selected flowers.
