What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client calls or text me to book an appointment I ask a few questions to get an understanding of what the client wants and I book the appointment. Once the client is in my chair I do a consultation to get a clear picture of the clients vision

I went to and graduated from cosmetology school and have my license through the state of michigan
