What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers we go over the type of event they want and the services they want us to provide. We have a initial conversation via text, phone call, email, or dm. We form a estimate and send to client. If estimates looks good, we convert to a final invoice with total fees and follow up with a catering contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Biology and nutrition. I also was a Dean of Sur La Table cooking school for 5 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All of our pricing is specific for each client. We have never did the same menu twice.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started doing catering in college. I started off doing small functions and it matriculated to a whole hospitality company 8 year later.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with NFL/NBA players, politicians, schools, Ford Motor Company, doctors, Musicians and just normal everyday people.
