We take great care in hiring and training our staff. Our Chef takes pride in creating menus based on our guests' individual taste and budget. Our passion is to make each event the best it can be!
I love being able to create a clients' vision and making them look great! I want to take the stress out of the planning and execution so they can relax and have fun!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out out what their vision is for the event. I ask fact finding questions such as what exactly is the event for - ie. wedding, corp event, family reunion etc. What is their budget?
I will email menus but also let them know that we can create menus based on their individual tastes and budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Business Administration and am a Certified Wedding and Event Planner. I have over 20 years of Sales and Catering experience with Wyndham Hotels and Marriott hotels.
