What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to have a cup of coffee or tea to get to know a new client and find out what they are hoping to experience, this is more for the wedding scenario. For a Reiki or Life Coaching session I want to get to know the client first and find out their goals and see how we can move forward. We can dive right into a Reiki session after a brief "get to know you" time or we can wait for the next session, whatever the client is more comfortable with.
