Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding the right person for your event or wedding to provide services is your goal and it's my goal to make sure I can meet the needs and expectations of each of my customers. I prefer to communicate with new customers one on one to discuss the details of their event for us together to come up with a detailed plan for the events success.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tiffany has been planning weddings and events for over 20 years with an outstanding network of professionals in the business to be able to provide full service support for all occasions.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We offer the following services: Wedding Minister and Officiant, Day of Coordination, Event and Wedding Planning, Bartending, Wait Staff, Event MC, guest management and more. We pride ourselves on being affordable and work with your customers to meet their budget.
How did you get started in this business?
Tiffany started planning corporate events for the government in 2002 and started receiving requests from supervisors and peers to help plan their wedding or event and enjoyed it. I officially started my wedding business after planning 3 successful weddings!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers from couples, families, nonprofits, corporate entities and more!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We can not choose just one! All of our events are memorable. Of course we do have many weddings that not only were amazing but we also gained friendships with the couples we supported.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We also encourage our customers to ask the questions specific to their own event to make sure that their service provider can meet their needs and expectations for their event. We also advise customers to always get agreements in writing so that all parties are accountable.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should first know what exact services they need for their event to be successful, research service pros, compare what pros can provide for your event and choose wisely based on your overall vision of your event. Do not assume that because a pro is more expensive, they are the best choice. That often times is not the case.
