What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a new client the most important time is our consultation. I make sure that I understand what the client wants as well as what they need. I get to know the client and their hair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep up with all of the latest trends and techniques by adding trainings and classes. I am also a cosmetology instructor, so I make sure I am up to date on everything.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I am a multicultural hairstylist. My clientele is very diverse and ranges in age.
