What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love getting new clients. It's a simple process, new clients get in contact with me to schedule their nail appointment. I also have online booking through my Facebook page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended The Salon Professional Academy for the nail technology course. I received my North Dakota Manicurist license once I graduated.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always loved the beauty industry and wanted to something to help women feel better about themselves.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have a wide range of clients including males.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you do your research and go with someone that has experience and knowledge. Also, cheaper is not always better. You get what you pay for.
