What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free in person consultation where i get to meet and talk with them about the event they have upcoming. We then discus music, needs and any questions, a deposit of half is taken and I have continuous contact with them up and through the event. I am always available via text, phone or email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Connecticut school of broadcasting graduate in 2000.
