My name Juan I have been cooking professionally for over 25 years, used to own a food truck and have done over 700 events throughout the years in the Hudson valley area. I specialize in Puerto Rican cuisine cooking authentic recipes. I have worked in several different restaurants as well. I have done many catering events from dinner parties of 10 to wedding for 200 people. My food is memorable for bold favors and fresh ingredients.
