What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new client our intial process with most likely be an email, then we will set up a phone call or zoom meeting, just to get a feel of what the client is expecting for their guests. If we are the right fit, we move on to the planning process, either through a questionnaire or an online planning form.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is experience and knowledge. It's basically a process of continued learning by trends and research, just by working parties and getting to know the clients likes and dislikes, but lostly their likes.

Everything we provide and bring to the event is on our website. from Photobooth, backdrops, props and more. How long we provide the booth, as well as prices. we are as transparent as they come. no surprises. Even though we are there for a party, we take our business and your event seriously. Fully insured and ready for you on your day
How did you get started in this business?
It all starts with a love of music. I started out doing college parties, clubs and then eventually private events. Private events i.e. Weddings, Sweet 16s, and Birthday Parties.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly wedding clients that are Bilingual, a lot of people come from different cultures and backgrounds, and on that special day these cultures come together to celebrate, I've done Chinese/Nigerian, Jamaican/Peruvian, Puerto Rican/Italian, Dominican/Argentinian-Italian Weddings and so many more, and they're a success because we planned and discussed before hand.
