We set the table, clean up and if needed Rental Equipment ( tables, chairs, dinnerware etc..) We make you feel at ease and never rushed. We make custom menus for you and your guests, that is part of the place setting that we do as well included in the price. I been in the Hospitality Business for over 25 years and worked in some high end venues (Royaltaion Hotel, NY) and (Trump National Country Club, Bedmister, NJ). What keeps me going and passionate about what I do is that feeling you get when you work thought all the steps and execute a great meal and the clients are happy. That's why I named it Passionate Chef. "One Bite Away from Greatness"

That sometimes, you have to respect the Chef and not the dollar. Just because it's cheaper doesn't mean it's better, and that's a promise!
