We stand behind our food and the service we give, from constant cummuncation, to the details of your event. We set the table, clean up and if needed Rental Equipment ( tables, chairs, dinnerware etc..) We make you feel at ease and never rushed. We make custom menus for you and your guests, that is part of the place setting that we do as well included in the price. I been in the Hospitality Business for over 25 years and worked in some high end venues (Royaltaion Hotel, NY) and (Trump National Country Club, Bedmister, NJ). What keeps me going and passionate about what I do is that feeling you get when you work thought all the steps and execute a great meal and the clients are happy. That's why I named it Passionate Chef. "One Bite Away from Greatness"

In the past we had issues with other firms not showing up, not consistent or someone having to run out for something they forgot. The simple fact that Chef James is still our go to with our high standards really is all that needs to be said.

    Our experience! Passionate chef was excellent ; we hired passionate chef for my husbands birthday, they were amazing. From the time they arrived , they were extremely professional. Exceeded all expectations. They were responsive prior to the event, planning the menu and accommodating all requests. At day of event they arrived prepared, and had absolutely everything they needed. The stove top we had was difficult , but they knew exactly what to do !!! The food is was delicious and creative and everyone loved it. Not one complaint or even comment , except sooo good
    The presentation was beautiful ! Couldnt recommend them More! For any event. We had an 8 person event. They set the table , made the food and cleaned up. Thank you for making my husbands birthday so wonderful!

    We hired James as a personal chef to make a memorable dinner for my wifes 50th birthday. What a treat! We were 13 people and he worked with me to create a vegetarian-friendly menu that was truly amazing. 3 delicious courses served beautifully for a reasonable price and we got to buy our own wine which I appreciated.     The food was good which is the most important thing and they came on time but the service was slow people thought the food was finished and that it wasn’t enough but there was a lot of leftovers at the end. But overall they did a good job I would hire them again.
