Please know that when you message us, Fash charges each vendor a $20 fee. So if you are just browsing/shopping I totally get it. Just google Cloud 9 Favors for our number/email address and we can talk for free. You can also Google DJ Jay Storm NYC and I will come up.
Here's my sales pitch... I know how stressful finding a Wedding Officiant & a DJ can be. I got married three years ago and we couldn't find the perfect Wedding Officiant or DJ. Its why I now do both. I love helping other couples navigate through the process while having some fun. I also DJ birthdays, corporate events and bridal showers.
I'm not like other Wedding Officiants. I don't do the boring long speeches about Marriage. It is YOUR day and it should be about YOU. I like to get to know my clients which is why we do at least one consultation. During the ceremony, I'll include parts of your love story along with a few jokes. If you want someone who is really serious and will bore your guests, I'm not for you. I believe in tradition with a few modern twists. If you want someone who is friendly, punctual, will include pieces of your love story during your wedding, is SUPER responsive, handsome, dresses well, and believes in AMAZING customer service, message us! There's a reason why I have all 5 star reviews! It's also the reason I admit I'm a bit more expensive than some of the other officiants. I like providing a quality service and I'm invested in your success.
I'm also a Meteorologist so I can also advise you on when the best times for pictures are and if your ceremony should be moved up or back.
If you're willing to come to Long Island City in Queens, our wedding packages start as low as $450. I don't believe in breaking your bank because the rent is already too high in NYC. I'm willing to travel to NJ, NY State and Long Island however we'd have to tack on a travel fee because have you seen the price of gas lately? Most of our wedding packages ending up costing about $700-800. Last year, did 70 weddings. Not one of my clients has ever said they thought they wasted money. In fact, many say for the level of service I provide, I should charge more. I always say you get what you pay for. So yes there are cheaper officiants out there. However, none of them will match the level of responsiveness that I provide, the attention to detail and the experience. I care about what the final product will look like. You're not just another number to me. You are unique and I want to make sure your wedding reflects that.
If you just need someone to sign the paperwork and don't need a ceremony, we can do that too. That package is pretty cheap. Just $150!
After the ceremony, I will mail your paperwork to your local clerk's office. All of my clients will get a USPS tracking number. This is proof that we mailed your license and a way to find your license in case it gets lost in the mail.(It hasn't happened yet!)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically will have a call with them and explain my process. I will also ask them a few questions about why they're getting married and what type of officiant they need. I will then walk them through the process of how I do what I do and answer any questions they have.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
If you just want the paperwork signed and are willing to come to Queens, I will take care of everything for $150.

Weddings in NYC start at $400

How did you get started in this business?
I got married 2 years ago and it was so hard to find a fun wedding officiant. That's why I started Cloud 9 Favors.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Ive worked with customers from all walks of life. From NYC to international clients from India. We love everyone!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Talk to the wedding officiant on the phone or via zoom before hiring them. Don't just hire the cheapest person. Make sure you like/vibe with them. They're going to help you through the biggest step you're taking in your life.
