Joan, of Joan’s Tailoring & Design, was very knowledgeable regarding sewing and embroidery. She was polite and professional. Her communications were always prompt as was her finishing the project. She was very helpful and patient especially when helping me choose the best font for my embroidery project especially considering my needs and lack of technical skills. She did a great job, and I am very happy!!! I would definitely use her and her company again with future projects!
