My culinary journey began at a young age, when I would help mother and my grandmother in the kitchen. Watching them create delicious meals from scratch inspired me to pursue a career in the culinary arts. After studying at The Institute Of Catering And Home Economics, I spent years working in some of the finest kitchens around , honing my skills and developing my own unique style.
My philosophy is simple: use the freshest, highest quality ingredients to create dishes that are both beautiful and delicious. I take pride in sourcing ingredients locally and seasonally, and I believe that the key to creating exceptional food is to start with the best possible ingredients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first have a phone chat to find out what the client needs, then we schedule an appointment for more details about the event, then we go from there depending on the needs of the clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a catering school right after high school, worked for a few years and attended a wedding and event planning school. I have over 10 years of experience in the industry from working with companies in the industry. Catered for over 50 weddings and other events on my own.
