I like to have a conversation, by phone or in person, to introduce myself and learn about my clients needs, wants, likes and dislikes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught chef, however, I have had experience as a bartender, line chef and management in casual and fine dining establishments. With that knowledge I can bring the restaurant to you!
