I have had the opportunity to perform services for various nationalities, genders, entertainers, government officials, weddings, sick and shut in, funerals, children and elderly.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Young chemo patient who saw old self again in the mirror because of a hair prosthesis I performed on her. I realized that it's not always about a fancy style. Sometimes it's about getting "You" back as a reflection in the mirror.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If they tell you what you need run! If they listen to your wants, set up house.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Always have a pic (hard copy) of what desired finish look should be. Make sure you inquire about pics of previous work and find your pic in it.
