What makes us so different, is Presentation! Great tasting and Delicious. A little different from others. Great customer service. Willing to educate customer on different menu items.. Such as nutritional facts, menu prices, and find what could be the best section for them.
Createing dishes to share with family and friends. Food brings togetherness. Comfort Food comes in so many ways. I want to present food, the way I remembered it while coming up in Cleveland, Ohio.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greeting Customers with smiles to make them feel welcome, or to show gratitude because I appreciate their business. I make sure with every customer their order is correct. We make a variety of different things, so we love to help our customers in any way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Food Safety Certificate. I Barbette, have over 24 years in customer sercive and food service, Manager Experience.. SBA training for Business. My husband (Jonathan) has Food Safety Certificate, Culinary arts training, Manager Experience

How did you get started in this business?
My inspiration came as a little girl. I absolutely loved cooking shows. My mother was a excellent cook. I come from a linage of cooks. I was always helping mother prep. She would actually invite her family over for a feast. My first job was a prep cook at Pizza Hut. I was so good at my job, I was promoted without to head cook. I worked there for 18 mos. I went into customer service for many years, as well as retail. I took all my learning experiences and put them to use. I was always complimented on the way I cook. So I wanted to start up a catering business. Its been a fun adventure. I absolutely love my customers.
