What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer chooses the kind of reading and a spiritual tool they want to be used in their reading.
A customer includes a topic of their question, their name and preferably their DOB.
We agree if they want a written interpretation of their reading (in this case I email a PDF file with the picture of the card/rune stones spread or their astrocharts and the interpretation) or if they want to do a live reading (Facetime, Skype etc)
