Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a system online that helps us lay out the details of the event, any emcee service needed and song requests. I like to visit the venue to determine setup area and electric plugins.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from American Broadcasting School and specialized in on air radio broadcasting and live audio and video production management.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I like to speak with my customers to discuss their wants and their pricing needs. I want to provide a valuable service and that means different things to different people.
How did you get started in this business?
After I finished broadcasting school, I was asked to start doing birthday parties and events in addition to being a club Dj. I enjoyed it and have ever since!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked for public school systems, birthday parties from age 5 to 85, retirement parties, halloween parties, weddings, and so much more!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I did a youth group set for an hour, featuring Christian Dance Music. It was very fun and meaningful!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It is better to speak to the person you are considering and have a two-way interview so that you can understand the type of person or company you will be working with. I enjoy this and it helps me understand how I can provide customized services that matter and to negotiate a price that is fair and valuable.
