Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having them send me a couple photos of what they are wanting, shape, lenght, color design. When we meet I go over those and pin point exactly what they are looking for. I always ask as I'm providing the service if these are looking how they want them to. I'm very open about wanting them to voice if they want anything changed at all before they leave. I want you to be 100% happy with your service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have lots of continuing education hours and certificates. From acrylic, gel, gel polish, art, cuticle care. You name it I probably have a certificate for it. My instagram I have almost all of my certificates posted.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No, all my prices are listed online in my booking site. If you have any additional questions please feel free to reach out to me, text is best.
How did you get started in this business?
I had always wanted to be a nail tech. I was planning on going to beauty school right out of high school but life happened and I met my husband and we had kids right away. I was a stay at home mom for 9 years with our kids. My husband got injured on the job and he was no longer able to work and was put on permanent disability. That's when I went to school to pursue my passion for nails. Here I am 12 years later loving everyday.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all kinds of customers, I don't discriminate against any kind of customer.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask for photos, ask specific questions example can you do this art in this photo? Ask their sanitation practices, this to me is most important. You'd be shocked at how many cut corners on sanitation. Yikes.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have a few ideas, ask how long the appt is going to take to make sure you have time set aside.
