Erica was kind friendly and patient I showed her a photo of what I wanted my hair to look like and she made it identical to the photo that I showed her. I have had some horrible experiences but this was the most great experience Ive ever had in any of the shops in Portland Oregon. Anyone looking for a hair stylist with patients and that will do exactly what you asked go to Erica at Essence Hair Design.
