Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are not an agency, but a local home grown band out of the suburbs of Philly. There is no middle man and you will deal directly with the band leader. The process includes a personal interview with the band leader to ensure your needs are met for the entertainment at your event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Band leader / Owner since 2001 with Groove Place. Guitarist with tons of experience, starting at an early age.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, but it depends on the location of your event and travel time.
How did you get started in this business?
Started in Gig Masters, then Wedding Wire and The Knot, now also on Fash!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have many past customers that I'm very proud of and lots of repeat business from them. I encourge you to read our reviews on Wedding Wire, as that's were we store them all!

Then another smaller wedding in the burbs of Philadelphia, such a wonder small group of folks who knew how to party and dance their butts off, lol!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find a band that is resonable with a vast repirotre and excellent musicians! Also a band leader who is willing to be flexible with you and help you create an eveing to remember for all! Someone whom will get right back to you and you'll never have to worry about that vendor!
