What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call is the best way to start to the process. I discuss dates, rates for packages and see if the there are any additional needs. From there we set up a face to face meeting (virtual meetings are also an option).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years in the DJ and party business. Coordination and event Intineraries are discussed for all events
The owner is a Penn State graduate with a degree in Behavioral health. That means he knows how to read crowds, body language and can adjust the mood and music to best fit the guest's needs.
