What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers is finding there end goal. A consultation is definitely a must! Then we would agree on the style desired. As I am going through what we talked about in the consultation. I am educating and showing what I use in each step of the way. As we talk about life and hair of course! I am showing them how this style can be achieved at home. Finally the client would be educated when to prebook for maintenance on his/her hair regularly to keep there hair healthy!

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I've been doing hair since I was 13 and I am only going to get better because this is what make me hungry to learn more and to master the hair on my cilents! So based off my pricing system I think it is appropriate for the work, the time, the end result, and how my cilents feel after we are finished.
How did you get started in this business?
Wow! This makes you go so far back! lol I was 13 and was determined to braid my grandma's hair. She didn't think I could braid so I showed that woman! Learning to braid her hair showed me I was good with my hands. That I could do anything! For years I braided her hair til about 17-18. You know how we get to a point in life where we want to be cute but is so awkward lol (That was Me). So I had to change up my appearance and had to learn how to do my hair, my friends, and grandma. Fast forward through the trial and eras. I got good and I've gotten compliments and people were asking to book with me. I had no clue what I was doing or how to even make a price point. At 18 I was in school for nursing and I realized this wasn't what I wanted to do so. I worked for a year at a grocery store kept my hair done. Nothing but compliments all day. So I decided to go to Bella capelli in 2013. During that time you learn the ends and out of hair. Another learning experience. Which is always awesome!! I loved it till I was ready to take action! I want to do hair so much I started traveling to cilents in there homes. Which is very intimate and amazing because you can give them what they want in there homes. Where they are comfortable, relaxed and y'all can have so much fun! I just love that feeling and making them feel better. I'll tell you all the rest when you schedule with me!
