I love to see people smile after they had a taste of what I cooked. I realized my passion for cooking at a young age while in middle school over 30 years ago. I have worked with the most elite chefs in the industry and catering and serving high class events. I took my first client on my own personal venture 3 years ago and have been slowly making progress. I remember buying my first chafer set and utensils and setting up my first event. It came out a blast! The time management to the menu selection and pricing has made me elite in the catering service industry.
