What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I have a consultation first. Then find out which service is best for that person. Lastly I provide the service to the best of my ability.

I do not have a set price for service because each service may differ based upon the client.
How did you get started in this business?
When I was a child my mother stopped doing my hair. At this point I had no choice but to figure out how to make my hair look like something.

I have worked with all different ages, races, and genders
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The most important thing to pay attention to is whether the style suits your hair type, ie. breakage of hair, length. Also consider the benefits of that specific style.
