What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone discussion with at least 1 2+ hour pre-wedding planning session where I walk couples through their wedding start to finish. This is fully documented and a formal itinerary is sent to the couple for approval or revision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years performing at over 1,000 weddings across the Southern New England Area as well as several awards from The Knot & Wedding Wire as well as being inducted into the Knot Best of Weddings Hall of Fame.
