What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A full consultation by phone or in-person, with contract (services needed, requests and details) and agreement forms utilized. I usually ask 1/3 of the payment for a secure deposit when booking (exceptions allowed).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years experience, I've done 1000's of weddings & many other events. (Bonaroo, concerts, Nightclub/bar&grille, Auctions, Model&Bridal shows, Coorperate events, etc.)

How did you get started in this business?
Family has always been in the music buisness so I grew up around the entertainment business and have always had a passion to entertain others (especially on their big, special day!) I enjoy being a part of special events and its gives me a huge sense of purpose behind my hard work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types, I do NOT discriminate in any shape, form, or fashion. I enjoy working with everyone.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Video dj'd for a corporate event for Aflac the customers was awesome and danced all night long even payed for 2 extra hours of djing.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure whoever you hire is insured and has a business license. Check out their reviews. Also, check out their Facebook page as well considering that has been the biggest way of bookings and communication lately.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have a budget in mind and a general idea of what all services you want provided. Be sure of your date, location, time, and number of hours you need services rendered.
