Chago's Cantina is a family owned and operated restaurant in the heart of the Belmont Hillsboro neighborhood that offers exceptional catering all throughout Nashville and surrounding counties. Our catering reflects the style of the restaurant with influences from San Diego, New Orleans, Puerto Rico and Mexico. Between our trendy taco setups to our unforgettable whole hog roasts, we always take pride in providing quality ingredients with a one-of-a-kind aesthetic that will make any event memorable.
The ability to be involved in our customer's special events is a feeling that we never take for granted. Bringing people together through food is the principle our restaurant was founded on. We've been lucky enough to take involvement in our community and notable celebrations throughout the Nashville area that continually make us proud to do what we love.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always enjoy getting to know a little more about you before sending the quote. We have a variety of options available depending on your event whether it's our catering or mobile photo booth.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We own two restaurants, a catering company and a vintage 1969 VW bus that doubles as a photo booth and bar.
How did you get started in this business?
Growing up in San Diego, I had family in New Orleans, so I visited New Orleans quite a bit. I really started enjoying food while I was visiting New Orleans and that’s where it really all started. I worked in a restaurant as a teen and bartended and cooked. I combine food from San Diego, food from Puerto Rico and food from New Orleans.
