What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We email first to make contact, then depending on the size or magnitute of the event we meet to establish a relation.
I guess it all depends on how big the event is.
With that said, every single event is treated with the same value and respect, it dont matter how big or small is, they are all as important to us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
