Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

How did you get started in this business?
My mother taught me how to braid at the age of 10 years old, and I had my first paying customer at the age of 10. It was the fastest $40 I had ever made doing 6 braids straight back and I fell in love with what I had learned how to do; made a career out of it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
There is not one type of customer I have not dealt with. From angry, happy, crying, to being ecstatic about the new transformation. But the anger and crying was not due to a mess up; that word does not fit in my vocabulary. I let my experience speak for itself cause I want every person I come in contact with to love my work or enjoy the exprience of me making them feel great!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Have faith that you will be taken care of; the same way it takes guts to get out here and put ourselves out there to find clientele I know it takes just as much guts to find someone and trust that they'll take good care of your beauty needs.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Do I really want this? Is this going to look right on me? These are all questions that will help customers narrow down their ideas/thoughts about what they want.
