What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out the type of event and then can give suggestions on the items a customer may need based on that if they are unsure. We also find out the date, area for setup and the delivery area. Once that is established then we request a deposit to secure the date. We make followup email reminders prior to the event to remind of any items the customer may need to purchase and of the delivery time.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes we have a specific list of services that we offer with set prices. The only item that varies is our delivery fee. The delivery fee is $25 for up to 25 miles from 77076 and then .35 per mile after. Free delivery with a combo party package up to 10 miles from 77076.

What services are needed? Budget for rental along with how much space is needed to accommodate a rental. Accessibility of power plugs for inflatables. Where will the setup be (grass, concrete)?
