What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My customers are the most important people to me as it relates to my business. I enjoy collaborating with my clients in creating memories with food and libations. Listening to the client is key in any professional relationship. Understanding my clients vision is the catalyst in determining the successful execution of every event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Houston. I also have a degree in Culinary Arts and a Certificate in Baking and Pastry from Houston Community College.

The size of the event, choice of menu, courses, beverages pairings and mileage determines the pricing of any event that I'm contracted to bring to fruition.
How did you get started in this business?
My mother and my aunt both had catering companies so I've been in the kitchen since before I can remember. My best memories in life involve sitting around the kitchen table and food.
