Had True Bark BBQ make a brisket and 2 fried turkeys for a party and they were amazing. Emilio precooked the brisket on his grill and fried the turkeys at my place a couple hours before everyone showed up. The brisket was full of flavor and tastes exactly the same when I used the leftovers to make sandwiches.
I had never had fried turkey before this weekend. It was delicious. Probably ruined oven cooked turkey to be honest. 10/10 would recommend.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple. For catering services we first discuss the type of menu that the customers are looking for. The next step is to discuss estimates for food and services. e last few steps include establishing the menu, confirming the menu, going over the contract, and lastly payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No real education other than being self-taught and experimenting with different seasonings, and flavors to find that perfect blend of traditional with a True Bark twist.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There is no standard pricing at the moment but all estimates are negotiable.
How did you get started in this business?
We started out selling bbq out of our backyard. As business grew so did our menu options.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently got an opportunity to sell food at a festival in a small town. Hogeye in Elgin, Tx was such a great experience for us. We served brisket, pulled pork and alligator. Of course our staple the Meaty mac was an instant hit.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would suggest that they compare the prices and look at the reviews of all the businesses they are looking to work with.
