I've do 20 plus years of different styles of catering. Wedding, comfort, Italian, Mexican food you name it, go big or small, I can keep up and still get everything done before or right on time. If you or a guests car breaks down, I can usually fix that too, since I also own a mechanic shop and I am the mechanic.
