What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am pretty old fashioned, always looking forward to meeting new clients in hopes that they can become a longtime client.
I like to believe that each process is uniquely different with each client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have took several trainings and the truth is the learning never stops for me, I love to learn new techniques and skilling for every service I offer.

Yes, absolutely, at the end of the day I know my worth and what I bring to the table. I am pretty confident in my price ranges.

How did you get started in this business?
Well I started with makeup doing house calls, didn't turnout how I hoped but later then enrolled myself to get licensed for Eyelash Extensions.
Not only am I certified, but I am LICENSED.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Pop-Ups, I always hear of small businesses gathering together doing pop-ups, to market and showcase their work.
And I am very fond of it, I like to believe it is always a great opportunity to meet new people and network.
I hope to host one sometime in a near future.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your research! Never settle, & ALWAYS communicate!! Keep in mind that you are paying for the service so don't be afraid to speak up, or ask any questions. When you communicate, everything will go 100xs more smoothly.
I am not a mind reader therefore I cannot tell if you do or don't like a service or if something isn't being met.
However, it is my goal to always make sure you are truly satisfied.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Honesty goes a long way, so when getting a service just be honest, it will save you time And money.
To make it easier for both you and I, simply don't think too much and just ask all or any questions, of any doubt you may have.
