Nails Naturally is a fume free salon. We also specialized and take great care and clients that have medical issues. We make our own scrubs and creams with natural ingredients. We also travel to client. We are professionals that have worked with famous clients, corporate clients, and school districts. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically do a short consultation. I go over what types of health concerns you may have or medications you're currently taking. I also would like to know what you would like to achieve with the services. Feel free to tell me what types of services you've had in the past and what you liked about them and disliked about them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a manicurist license issued by the state of Texas. I've also taken classes specializing in reflexology. Diabetic hand and foot care and oncological hand and foot care. I also do continuing education that relates to my profession. I frequently take tutorials and classes my enhance my skill-set.

How did you get started in this business?
I am made to serve others and love doing nails. Becoming a business owner has allowed me to live life on my terms. I enjoy setting my own schedule. That is true freedom.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients that are blissful, sad, in need of a friend and just need a pick-me-up. I've also volunteered with the school district for project graduations and with the settlement home for children and need. I've worked with the City of Austin for employees and with volunteers. I've worked with rich and poor; in spirit and in money.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise a new customer to read reviews. You should build a rapport with the service provider. Remember, this individual will be in your private space. It is important that your service provider will respect your space.
