What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having a consultation, so that I may get an understanding of what my client is trying to achieve. Also to see the health of the hair, so that I know how to properly start the hair care journey!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had my training at Nuvani Institute. I successfully graduated. I passed my state board exam & received my Cosmetologist Operators License.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the business to be able to work from home.
