What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We're a food company focused on you and what you'd like. Every food encounter with us is whatever your imagination and taste buds desire. Let's chat and tell me what we can create together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Le Cordon Bleu Culinary grad. I'm professionally trained with 10 years in various cultures of food. No matter vegan, Greek, Spanish, Asian, Southern and many more.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've work with many different clients. Ranging from personal chef services to multi million dollar accounts. From surf and turf to 6 coarse dining. Chemo and radiation patients, diabetics, renal, cardiac patience also to name a few.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I provided food and service to an after school program focused on youth alternatives, and they were served plated dinners, with 3 courses, and all they had to do was sit and eat. They learned table setting usage and manners. We all cried looking at their faces!!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Find someone that will give you what you want and not a cookie cutter menu. That's us!!
